Manufactured Home Inspection

We have developed an  expanded inspection based on our Standard Full House Inspection to include special installation and safety issues that are unique to manufactured homes. While over the years the quality of manufactured homes has steadily improved. Today a quality manufactured home can be as good or bad as a stick built home. However there are differences in the way the manufactured home is put together and installed from the traditional stick built home. We have the experience to properly inspect and report this growing segment of the housing market. 

After we review and sign our Pre-Inspection Agreement we provide an extensive visual non-destructive examination of the homes major systems, including but not limited to:

• the heating and air conditioning,
• the structural components,
• fireplaces and solid fuel burning appliances,
• the interior components of walls ceilings, windows and doors, 
• plumbing and electrical systems,
• the roof, the attic,
• the foundations, basements/crawlspace,  
• garages, porches and decks and grounds, 
• and major kitchen and laundry appliances.
