Sellers Pre-Market Inspection

A Pre-Market (sellers) Inspection can be a great tool to help you get the best price for your home. Why not discover any areas that need improvement before you put your home on the market. Too many times sellers are surprised by a defect discovered by the buyers inspector which leads to last minute re-negotiations of the purchase contract. The buyer may want unreasonable price compensation or repairs before agreeing to complete the deal.
