We provide a customized computer generated report that is written specifically for the property. Our report is a digital picture and narrative  document that discusses only the home being inspected, not a book of generic check lists and canned or scribbled comments.

We provide our report within 24 hours of the inspection and in a variety of formats. The fastest service we offer is e-mail. We can provide a copy by  fax, however the quality of the pictures suffer. We offer a CD of your report or hard copy of the report mailed within 24 hours via USPS or you may chose to have a hand delivered copy for a minimal additional fee. Arrangements can be made in advance to provide our customized report on site.
